I always like the way the ice forms on the lime stone here in KY.
These logs look like they're having an important meeting.
A perspective shot down some limestone shelves.
I found this little patch of green in the middle of all the brown in the woods.
I have no idea where these came from, but I stumbled upon these little glass beads in a tree trunk.
There was a small creek in the park.
The creek looked a little low. I could tell that some of the little pools off the sides were once filled, but not now.
A tree stump with a pool of water inside.
The water tower in midway. Water towers are not actually used to store water. They are used to regulate water pressure through gravity.
I think this was the back of Darlin' Jeans, a popular resturant in midway.
I tried to frame up this building using some delapidated fence.
The front of Darlin' Jean's. I've only ate there once.
I noticed this odd yellow spire poking out from the top of the skyline.
This is Midway's city hall. I didn't know that until I looked at the picture when I got home. Figured it was another shop.
This is an old caboose that's been turned into some sort of office. Midway has a train track that runs through the center of town.
A shot of the Midway water tower, but further back. I like the different perspective.
I wanted to get the shot of both the caboose and water tower.
I found this little area in the park. The stone structure drew me in.
Looks like a tomb from here!
Turns out it was some sort of spring. There's lots of springs in KY.
A wide shot of the park. Looks like an elementary school in the background.
A shot of the water tower from the park.
The path looks like it bends around the rock. Reminds me of a stream.
